Using Employee PINs in Attendance tracking
Configuring PINs for Employees
The following guide assumes that Attendance is configured for your system, and that PINs are required when using the kiosk. Please contact support if you have any questions regarding this.
Once the attendance system is set up, do the following:
1. Open the Employees App

2. Select the Employee which you would like to add a PIN for
3. Click on the 'HR Settings' tab
4. Type in the PIN code you would like to set for the employee
5. Save the employee profile
Employee Check in With PINs Enabled
1. In the Kiosk, select your employee profile.

2. Input the PIN associated with the employee and press 'OK' to confirm.
3. The employee is now checked in.
